Welcome to Ayland Living. This website is operated by PT DUNIA IBU BUMI, based in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
PRODUCTS
Ayland Living offers slowly made clothing, handwoven textiles, handmade objects and selected lifestyle pieces. Many of our products are created by hand using traditional techniques and natural materials.
Variations in colour, weave, texture and finish are part of the character of handmade and plant dyed pieces. These natural differences are not considered faults.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final product price for that order, excluding any shipping charges shown separately.
ORDERS
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. Ayland Living reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or affected by a payment or system error. If payment has already been received, a refund will be issued.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout, including payment services provided by Midtrans. Ayland Living does not store complete credit or debit card information.
SHIPPING
Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service. Ayland Living is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures or circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied by the destination country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Selected items may be returned within seven days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
One of a kind and plant dyed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked as final sale are also non returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Before returning an item, please contact us at earth@aylandliving.com. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including photographs, text, designs, graphics and the Ayland Living identity, belongs to PT DUNIA IBU BUMI or is used with permission. It may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ayland Living is not responsible for indirect loss arising from the use of this website, delivery delays or the improper care or use of a product.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Ayland Living may update these terms and conditions when necessary. The latest version will always be published on this page.
