These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Ayland Living website, online store, physical retail space and related services. By visiting our website, placing an order or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or completing a purchase.

About Ayland Living

Ayland Living is a slow fashion, earth living and café concept in Ubud, Bali.

We offer plant dyed clothing, handwoven textiles, handmade accessories, selected lifestyle objects, food and beverages. Our collections bring together traditional craftsmanship from Indonesia and Türkiye, with a focus on natural materials, small production and one of a kind pieces.

Products and Natural Variations

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.

Many Ayland Living pieces are handmade, handwoven or plant dyed using traditional techniques. Variations in colour, weave, motif, texture, measurements and finish are part of their individual character and are not considered faults.

Colours may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Product availability is limited and may change without notice. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until payment has been confirmed.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each product or shown on the product page.

Plant dyed and delicate pieces should be handled gently. Damage caused by incorrect washing, exposure, storage, alteration or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise stated.

Payments made through PayPal may be displayed and processed in United States Dollars or another supported currency. Currency conversion rates and any foreign transaction charges may be determined by PayPal, the customer’s bank or card provider.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed when the order is placed will apply to that order.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other applicable costs may be added separately.

Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

• The product is unavailable
• The product or shipping price is incorrect
• Payment cannot be confirmed
• We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
• The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
• Incorrect customer or delivery information has been provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments

Payments may be processed through PayPal, Midtrans, bank transfer or another method displayed at checkout.

By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Payment providers operate according to their own terms, privacy policies, exchange rates and processing times.

Ayland Living does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

Orders paid by manual bank transfer will be confirmed only after the full amount has been received in our business bank account. Unpaid orders may be released after 24 hours.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs procedures, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling fees and other charges applied by the destination country.

Returns and Exchanges

Purchases made in our physical store are non refundable. Selected items may be exchanged within one calendar day of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags, packaging and proof of purchase.

Selected online purchases may be returned or exchanged within seven calendar days of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions stated in our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy.

One of a kind pieces, plant dyed garments and textiles, made to order items, customised products, gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Natural variations in handmade, handwoven and plant dyed pieces are not considered faults.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the applicable return conditions will apply.

One of a kind, made to order and customised pieces cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at earth@aylandliving.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful personal and shopping purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or customer information
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission
• Submit false, misleading or unauthorised information
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website

We may restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Ayland Living website, including photographs, text, graphics, designs, product names, logos and visual identity, belongs to PT DUNIA IBU BUMI or is used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written consent.

Our website is powered by Shopify and may include services or links provided by PayPal, Midtrans, delivery companies, social media platforms and other third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third party websites or services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners and other service providers required to complete your transaction.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability and website information are accurate.

However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct information, update content or cancel an affected order when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PT DUNIA IBU BUMI and Ayland Living will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our website
• Courier or customs delays
• Incorrect use or care of a product
• Unauthorised access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
